An edible organic landscape has been newly planted in the spring of 2009.

• Hand grafted four in one apple tree that includes - Red Delicious, McIntosh, Northern Spy, Yellowgold Delicious
• Eight varieties of blueberry bushes
• Black and red raspberries
• Collection of seedless grapes
• Strawberries
• Cranberries
• Jostaberries
• Aronias
• Reliance peach tree
• A small herb garden for cooking and teas
• Rhubarb
• A small salad garden that includes lettuce, tomato, leeks, onions, radishes, and cucumbers, etc.
